The City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (City) Department of Revenue recently published new instructions for nonresident wage tax refunds applicable to tax years 2023 and beyond – explaining that those taxpayers living outside the City who had City wage tax deducted from their paychecks for days they were required by their respective employers to work remotely or travel outside the City potentially may claim a refund from the City for those days.
